1. The Challenge

K.O Club needed a stronger marketing system across multiple fitness and boxing locations in Ho Chi Minh City. The business was not only trying to post more content. Each branch needed to look active, trustworthy, and worth contacting.

3. THE WORK

Red Leaf Media supported K.O Club through content direction, video editing, social media content, Meta ad creatives, campaign direction, and branch level marketing support.

The work included creating videos from real gym footage, building content angles for different customer types, writing captions, shaping ad ideas, improving creative direction, and helping the brand stay active across multiple locations.

For fitness and boxing, the focus was not only on showing exercises. The goal was to show emotion, movement, confidence, discipline, community, and the feeling of training inside the gym.
